NEPA Phase

The project involves the use of federal funds which requires the preparation of a National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) document. The purpose of the NEPA document is to identify, review, and assess the potential direct, indirect, and cumulative impacts of the project on the environment. As part of the NEPA Phase various technical studies (listed below) will be undertaken.
